 Is there an Outlook add-in for McAfee Archive?
 Yes.  Please visit the downloads section of this portal to find the free file.  The requirements are listed below:Supports Microsoft Outlook 2003, 2007, and 2010Windows XP (32 bit only), Windows Vista (32 and 64 bit), and Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit)The first time a search is run, the user is prompted to enter their authentication credentials.  This authentication process is performed once.The Outlook Add-in limits the number of search results to 1,000 matches.  When a search returns more than 1,000 matches, the most recent messages are displayed in top to bottom order within the Archive Search Results folder.If you need to view an unlimited number of messages, sign into the McAfee Portal and perform the search.

 If McAfee's message audit lists the message as "Queued," check your Exchange server log files for the message.  McAfee is blocking emails from gmail and yahoo. What can I do to resolve this issue?
 The McAfee filtering system is a much more stringent filter than most by default.  There are several things you can do to alleviate this issue.You can take any or all of the following steps:-   Add the sending domain to the domain-level sender allow list in the default inbound filtering policy  - Select Email Protection>>Policies>>Default Inbound>>Edit  - Select Allow/Deny tab >> Sender Allow sub tab and add domains accordingly-   Adjust the default inbound filtering policy  - Select Email Protection>>Policies>>Default Inbound>>Edit  - Select Spam tab and update the settings accordingly-   Supply all of the following information to us and we'll investigate to determine exactly which McAfee filter is blocking the message and adjust the filtering settings for you accordingly.  o    Email address of the sendero    Email address of the intended recipient
 Why is McAfee blocking valid emails?
 McAfee SaaS Email Protection service will block (or quarantine depending upon service settings) any mail that scores as “probable spam” unless that sender’s domain or e-mail address is on one of the available Sender Allow Lists within the service – either domain or user-level.   In some cases email from an otherwise trusted sender may be blocked with a variation of a 554 error or quarantined.   If a sender receives a 554 error on a message that is being sent directly to a McAfee SaaS customer (not a reply or a forwarded message), it is probable that the se

 If you are using the McAfee SaaS outbound filtering service and have a need for an SPF record on your domain, please use the record below as a starting point.While all environments are different and you may require additional tokens, this record will authorize McAfee to send on behalf of your domain.v=spf1 ptr include:mxlogic.net ~allThis should be placed in a TXT record within your DNS. The example above will include all McAfee SaaS IP addresses as they exist or may change in the future.  The tilde (~) can be changed to a dash (-) if you wish to inform recipients that invalid senders should be blocked.If you already have an SPF record set up for your domain, you can simply add the statement “include:mxlogic.net” to the end of the SPF record, before the “all” token.For example; if your current SPF record is this:v=spf1 a ptr mx ip4:192.168.1.1 ~allYou would update it so that it reads as fol
