| Some receipients are rejecting our sending out emails | |

Since mail2 and mail3 is a shared environment it could
have been black listed as a result of a customer's
abuse which results into mail servers being black listed. We have to periodically look that up and submit requests to be
removed from these lists. We highly recommend our VPS based email
services (AKA Izzy Mail). If you would be interested to know more please submit a ticket so a sales consultant can help you with the service upgrade.
