 How to Create a New Host For Message Routing Services in G Suite
Article To create a new host in G Suite:

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

    Sign in using an administrator account, not your current account webservio@gmail.com

  2. From the Admin console Home page, go to Appsand thenGoogle Workspaceand thenGmailand thenHosts.
  3. Click Add Route.
  4. Enter a route name. Use a name that helps you remember the route such as Webservio Message Routing System.
  5. Specify any email servers for the route.
  6. Select Multiple hosts, specify multiple primary and secondary hosts for load balancing and failover purposes.
      1. Primary - mailroute1.mailshelter.com:25  Load % = 100
      2. Secondary - mailroute2.mailshelter.com:25  Load% = 100
  7. At the bottom, click Save.

It can take up to 24 hours for changes to propagate through the system. You can track changes in the Admin console audit log.
