 Will there be any delay in message delivery if all emails would go through your server first?
Article We recommend delivering emails through our Email Defense Solution, which is our MX Backup (aka Mail Bagging, MX Fail Over) services along with either of our anti-spam/virus (Postini OR SpamWeeder) solutions. When your primary mail server is available, your emails should only route through our servers first if you use our Postini OR SpamWeeder solutions for continuous filtering.  These solutions will not cause a delay in message delivery.  Otherwise, we do not recommend using the failover server backup MX record as your highest priority.
