3. Tap Add Account

4. Tap Other

5. Tap Add Mail Account

6. Select POP at the top of the screen

7. Enter your information in each field. When you have entered all info, tap Next.

8. Enter information for your account. The Host Name is the name for the mail server. This is included in setup documentation provided by Webservio. Often, it is mail.yourdomain.com

9. For User Name, enter your full email address. Make sure to fill in all blanks under Outgoing Mail Server, even though it says "optional." When you've added all info, tap Next.

9. Wait while your phone is Verifying. This can take a few minutes.

10. If everything is verified, you will see blue check marks appear next to each field and it will take you back to the page that lists your accounts.

12. Select your Exchange account that includes contacts and calendars.

13. Toggle the Mail so that it is off.

14. Go back to the list of accounts.

15. You should now be able to access your mail using the new POP account. Your contacts and calenders will still sync with the old Exchange account.

Troubleshooting:

Server Not Verified

If your phone says something like: "Unable to verify certificate", Continue anyway.

Cannot Connect Using SSL

If your phone says Cannot Connect Using SSL, you may choose Yes to setup the account without SSL (an extra layer of security). If you would like to use SSL, tap No. Then follow these steps:

1. Tap Save at the top right of the screen. Then top Save again when the popup appears.
2. Go back to the Mail, Contacts, Calendar screen and tap the account name.
3. Select SMTP under Outgoing Mail Server. Then select the email continuity host name under Primary Server. Make sure that the Server Port is 465. When that is correct, tap Done.
4. The phone will automatically try to connect now. It may take a few minutes.
