Registrar lock means that the domain name may not be transferred to a different registrar and changes cannot be made.

If your domain is registered with Webservio, you can unlock your domain at any time. The procedures for each system are below. If you are not sure which system to use, please review the article: Which system do I use to manage my domain registered with Webservio?

Unlock a Domain via Webservio Billing

1. Log into your account at https://billing.webservio.net/clientarea.php
2. On the top toolbar, select Domains and click on My Domains.
3. Select the checkbox next to the domain(s) that you wish to unlock.
4. Select the With Selected dropdown and click on Registrar Lock Status.
5. Click Disable Registrar Lock

Unlock a Domain via services.webservio.net

1. Log into your account at http://services.webservio.net/login.php
2. Hover over the Welcome message at the top of the page and click on My Account.
3. Hover over Manage Orders and click on List/Search Orders
   
4. Select the checkbox next to the domain(s) that you wish to unlock.
5. Click the unlock button at the top of the page. When you hover over, it will say Disable Theft Protection.

Unlock a Domain via OpenSRS

1. This legacy system does not allow unlocking of a domain via the user control panel. Please log in at https://support.webservio.net to submit a ticket
