Step 1: Open Account Setup

1. Open the new Outlook application


2. Click File ? Add Account


3. Select "Advanced setup" or "Let me set up my account manually"


4. Choose IMAP/POP

Important Notes:

• Authentication: Both incoming and outgoing use the same credentials (full email address + password)


• Port 465: The new Outlook fully supports SMTP over SSL on port 465 (unlike some older email clients)
