1. Ensure your domain is eligible for transfer by reviewing this article: 

2. Log in to your Infinity Billing account at: https://www.infinitywebhosts.com/billing/clientarea.php

3. At the top of the page, click on Domains > My Domains.

4. Select the checkbox next to the domains you wish to transfer.

5. Under the Bulk Management Actions dropdown, select Registrar Lock Status and click Go.

6. Click to Disable Registrar Lock.

7. Go back to the My Domains page. Click the green arrow icon to manage the domain.

8. At the bottom of the page, under Management Tools, click Get EPP Code. Repeat steps 7 and 8 for all domains you wish to transfer.
***This code will be sent to the Administrative Contact for the domain, so make sure you have access to that email address before requesting the code.

9. Check your inbox for the EPP Code email.

10. Log in to the Webservio Support area: http://support.webservio.net/

11. Create a ticket. Make a list of the domains you wish to transfer and the corresponding EPP code. For example:

12. A support engineer will let you know when the transfer has been initiated. The Administrative Contact for the domain will receive an email to authorize the transfer. It must be approved within 5 days. It is critical that you watch for the transfer authorization email or else the transfer process will not be completed.
