Enabling users to access web interface

Answer The "Manage email users" in the webinterface section is only used to control which email users get control panel access to individual quarantine and is unrelated to email delivery.  To give a user access:

  1. Login as an administrator
  2. From the dashboard, scroll down to the Webinterface Users section
  3. Select Manage Email Users
  4. Click "Add"
  5. Enter the user's full email address and password
  6. Make sure the status is set to "Active"
  7. Click Save
