If your domain was registered with Domain Registry of America, then please contact their support. However, if you registered your domain with Webservio but received such a notice from Domain Registry of America, then please ignore them. Domain Registry of America has been known to use deceptive tactics to transfer domains from unsuspecting customers. While they mention that the letter is for renewal, what they are actually doing is trying to transfer the domain.
