How can I ensure successful transfers from Network Solutions?

Answer If you are transferring from Network Solutions, Inc. (NSI), here are some tips to help ensure your transfer is successful.
1) After you approve Webservio's confirmation email, you will also receive a confirmation message from NSI.
2) NSI will send their confirmation email to the email address you gave them when you registered your name with them. If you do not get an email from them within 24 hours of approving ours, you can contact their customer support department to find out where they are sending their email:

3) If they are sending to an outdated email address, update* the address with them.
