I use Microsoft FrontPage. Why do I not have an FTP access?

When using MS FrontPage, the username and password are for FrontPage only, and not for FTP. You do not have access to your website using FTP if you chose FrontPage extensions for your hosting order. If you would like to change the account to include FTP, then please send an email to
