If you are going to use an FTP server for storing backup files, you should set up the control panel appropriately:
- Navigate to the repository you need:
- For a repository on your client level, go to Home > Backup Manager > Personal FTP Repository Settings.
- For a repository on a domain level, go to Domains > domain name > Backup Manager > Personal FTP Repository Settings.
- Specify the following settings:
- FTP server's IP address or host name.
- Directory on the server, where you want to store backup files.
- User name and password for access to the FTP account.
- Click OK.
If you do not have your own FTP repository we can provide one to you for an additional monthly fee. Our FTP servers are available onsite, off-server and some are offsite to a remote location.
